Refund Policy for StreetLift Pro

What the user buys

Seller/provider: ИП Аубакирова Дана Манатбековна. Service country: Казахстан. Public service name: Power Sports Methods. StreetLift Pro is digital access to personalized training programs, progress, stats, history and analysis. Pro price: 11$ / 5000 ₸ единоразово. For Robokassa, payment is charged in KZT: 5000 ₸. 11$ is an approximate equivalent.

How to request a refund

A refund can be requested within 7 calendar days from payment by contacting support: buzmabekov@gmail.com.

Include:

• account email;
• payment date;
• payment amount;
• last 4 card digits if needed to identify the payment;
• reason for the request.

Do not send full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN, passwords or other secret data.

When a full refund is possible

• Pro access was not activated after successful payment;
• there was a duplicate charge;
• the payment was accidental;
• the service was unavailable due to a StreetLift technical issue;
• the user requested a refund within 7 calendar days and did not substantially use Pro features.

If Pro features were used

If the user activated Pro access, received an individual program, used progress, history, stats, analysis, export or other Pro features in substantial volume, the service may be considered fully or partially provided. In that case, a refund may be declined or reviewed individually.

After an approved refund, Pro access is disabled.

Refund method

Refunds are processed through the Robokassa payment service by the same method used for payment. The final arrival time depends on the bank and payment system.

Technical errors, duplicate charges, non-activated access and service unavailability caused by StreetLift are reviewed separately from the ordinary 7-calendar-day rule.
