Weighted Dips

Weighted dips program

Weighted dips can progress and recover differently from weighted pull-ups. StreetLift treats dips as their own lift inside the streetlifting cycle instead of copying pull-up loading blindly.

What the program includes

  • separate inputs for dip max, target load and goal;
  • volume and intensity balanced across the week;
  • structured loading that respects the different tolerance of pressing work;
  • analytics for tonnage, total reps and training history.

Load calculation example

If your weighted dip max is +80 kg, a productive volume day may sit closer to +50-60 kg so you can accumulate clean reps without breaking position. The app keeps pull-ups and dips as separate inputs.

The exact cycle depends on your current lifts, goal, weekly schedule and recovery.

Why StreetLift Pro

StreetLift Pro connects the program with tracking, history, statistics, analytics and export, so each training week produces data you can use for the next one.
