Weighted pull-ups program

Weighted pull-up plateaus often come from testing strength too often and planning volume too loosely. StreetLift uses your reps, added weight, goal and schedule to create practical training weeks.

What the program includes

  • estimate training loads from added weight and reps;
  • avoid turning every session into a max-out attempt;
  • use heavy, medium and lighter exposures around an estimated 1RM;
  • track sets, RPE, notes and progress trends over time.

Load calculation example

If you pull +32.5 kg for 5 reps, the estimated max becomes the top reference point, while the actual training days sit below it with different intensity targets so every session is not a hard test.

The exact cycle depends on your current lifts, goal, weekly schedule and recovery.

Why StreetLift Pro

StreetLift Pro connects the program with tracking, history, statistics, analytics and export, so each training week produces data you can use for the next one.
